Special introductury price of $99 US per night (plus applicable taxes) , based on a minimum one week stay from now until Dec. 14th, for 4 people . It is an additional $10 per night per extra person up to 6. Ask about our high season rates and discounts for longer term stays.
This two bedroom, 2 bathroom home is really 2 units in one with each having their own private entrances as well as indoor passageway between the units. It is ideal for couples, family members, friend travelling together allowing for both private space and combined social space.Also great for people staying longer term that will have guest visiting. Sleeps up to 6 people. Wifi throughout & Cable TV.

The house covered carport for one vehicle and street parking available. Ceiling & table fans throughout as well as loads of windows that allow ocean breezes to circulate. Linens, bath & beach towels, cooler, toiletries, spices for cooking +++ provided. This home is very secure with both cameras
and an alarm system in place.
Housekeeping is available for a very reasonable additional fee that will fluctuate in price depending on your needs.
*A $500 security deposit is required upon check in and will be refunded on check out inspection. Renters will be responsible for all damage including that beyond the deposit.
