Kitchenette- quartz countertops, plug in double hot plate, microwave, decent size fridge, mini blender, toaster oven, coffee maker, kettle, and a good selection of colorful kitchen gear. Some initial spices,condiments, beverages also provided. Table space which can double for counter space or used ask a desk.
Outdoor terrace- table for two, lawn chairs, gas BBQ with side burner
The bathroom is a little haven boasting a jet stream shower and an elongated toilet. Some toiletries and hair dryer provided.
Smoking permitted on outdoor patio only.
Housekeeping is available for a very reasonable additional fee that will fluctuate in price depending on your needs.
*A $200 security deposit is required upon check in and will be refunded on check out inspection. Renters will be responsible for all damage including that beyond the deposit.
